Hi Folks, just bought myself my 1st BSA (R10 SE) so thought I'd pop along here to see whats what.
Had airguns for many, many years, but only really taken if more seriously in the last five to 10 years, slowly building a small collection. I mainly plink in the garden and go to a couple of ranges, Petes Airgun Farm and Hawley in Dartford, may alos pop along to the Richings one over West London way soon? I'm based in Bromley (London / Kent border). hope to enjoy the craic with you all...

There is a "read aloud" button you can use I believe? Sorry I can't help it's something only the forum administrator can change and sadly it is very rare he gets online.

Hi Rob, don’t think there is anything I can do. Think it will have to be looked into by another mod. Would it be possible for someone else to read the security text for you?

 :sign0144: Hi,
Just started shooting again after 40 years away. Used to love my old mark 1 Airsporter but things have certainly moved on since then. Recently purchased a TX200HC. .22 and a 97K .22. Fantastic guns but with very little to muck with so I also purchased a BSA Superstar mk1 to tinker with. In the process of stripping it down and refurbishing  and just wondered if anybody has re-machined the rotating breach to accept a larger O ring/seal. The present one is 1mm and I have read that people have done this up to 2/3mm to improve compression and consistency. Any help would be greatly appreciated (or am I just talking out of my pension book!)
