most silencers come off ,does it have a grub screw anywere if so you may have to warm it with a hairdrier to break the threadlock failing that warm it up and try twisting it anti clockwise use a cloth if your putting grips on it ;)

have a look on chambers web site you may be able to get an exploded diagram that will throw some light on your dilema

already tried that the one on there diagram the front screws off but i cant see any way of my on coming off ..... its a mistery
