There were claims of 28ftlbs (or maybe more) out of Weihrauch HW80's years ago, .25's if I remember correctly. BIG lumps of lead going at .177 speeds  |

id be alittle wary of crosman spring guns i was going to buy a quest before christmas but it had made in china written all over it and it bore more than a passing resemlance to the smk 19

dont hang me for this ...but the eliminator was one beast to shoot as the recoil messed up some very good scopes as it sufferd from recoil very badley i remember reading on the yellow forum about some US members saying they where to heavy on recoil Glynn |

The Crosman referred to is a "Nitro Piston" model - gas ram in English.
