BSA customer service
« on: October 31, 2013, 10:50:06 AM »

So on the 29 OCT the guage on my Ultra SE started to leak
i quickly sent them this email-

Quote from: Me
Dear BSA,

My Ultra SE serial: USE770123-12, purchased from Draper Air Guns in nottingham on 03/01/2013, started to leak from the pressure guage today.
i believe it to be a warranty part and hope you are able to replace the guage for me. As far as posting the rifle or returning it to the vendor, having checked the price of the part, and it would cost me more in postage or fuel to return my rifle.

I leave you with my address - Paul Langwell, ** ******* ******, **********, ******, *******, **** ***, and hope that you are able to send a replacement part under warranty.

Kind regards.
Paul Langwell

The same day i got this reply-

Quote from: BSA
Dear Mr. Langwell,

Sorry to hear about the problem with your gauge, I will post you one out tomorrow via royal mail free of charge under warranty.

Kind Regards

Andrew Stevens

Today 31 OCT a new pressure guage was delivered ///smiley ///
