Countryway gun shop in west malling kent
« on: January 22, 2015, 03:29:02 PM »

I took a trip to Countryway gun store today to get my R10 refilled as my local RFD still hasn't filled his own cylinders after 2 weeks.
Upon arrival I was met by a guy who was very friendly.
I asked him various questions about different things and I must say he was very knowledgable on products.
The prices on scopes are a lot cheaper than I've seen anywhere else and his rifle prices are very competitive too.
I will defiantly be making the 30 mile round trip again as I was very impressed with the customer service I received their    a lot more friendly than my local RFD. :sign0098:

They are a fairway away from me.
But i make the journey often as i find them very good on prices, and they stock plenty of good guns and equipment.
A big thumbs up from me too.

It is defiantly worth the trip mate I've been there a few times now and also get the same good customer service from the guys.
They are willing to talk you through things to get you the best rifle for you.
They have got quite a good range there and the scopes are a good price too.
Hope this helps mate.

Cheers mate, do you know if they stock many BSA rifles? Looked on there site seems they only do a few?
As I've said in a previous post I'm looking for scorpion se, well I'm leaning towards one so far.

Thanks,
I do like the look of the R10, and yes the peppered stock looks good from the pictures I've seen, but if I walked in with one of them the divorce would cost a lot more than the rifle!
Mind you  :hee20hee20hee:

See your point Andy, my wife went nuts when I walked through the door with my R10, she said do you know how much I could buy with that budget.
I argued the point that I made sacrifices to buy it and won the battle on that one but I don't think I won the war.  :hee20hee20hee:

I see what you mean about the peppered stock, I saw it today when I was down there  :sign0175:
I can not fault the helpful service I received today from them, if they had the .22 I wanted I would of walked out a happy man especially with the deal they was doing. Unfortunately not to be!  The search continues.

I'm scared of no man but 1 women  :hee20hee20hee:  so wouldn't of dared to walk in with one, its bad enough when I say how much the scorpion is!

I will be honest mate it took me quite a while to save for my R10 bit I was selling gun parts and other shooting products to pay for it so in the long run the wife couldn't say much on the subject as I made sacrifices to pay for it myself.
I even sold my custom RATCATCHER to pay towards the cost, I did love that gun as well bit needs must and the R10 suits my needs a lot better.
