Hi from new member

Hi to all on the BSA Forum.  Thanks for having me and I am looking forward to some interesting reading.

I am new to BSA but not air rifles.  I have had an HW100 for a good few years but have now sold it and bought a new Scorpion SE.  My Weihrauch always ended up leeking from the fill valve, which is not easily user serviced.  Hence the change to something that is simpler and I hope easily serviced at home.

I have not been into tuning yet but browsing this forum is making me think about stripping and tinkering.  I have built and fitted an effective shroud but am reluctant to do any more whilst the rifle is in warranty.  A de-pinger and blast tamer are on the cards and some trigger tuning.

Not too bothered about shot count but I would like to quieten the action which is noisier than the HW so will be looking at mods in the valve/hammer area eventually.

A quick pic of my rifle - nothing exotic!

Welcome.  I never get tired of looking at BSA stocks.  Nicest lines on them.
