Hawke
« on: November 07, 2016, 03:01:26 PM »

I managed to loose a turret cap off my old Nite-Eye 3-10x44 IR 30-30 Ret., and emailed Hawke CS on Thursday last, with little hope that a spare would be available.

The response was immediate, and I do mean immediate.

This morning, the Postie delivered a package from Hawke, containing a turret cap, and a perfect match at that.

 No question of any payment.

Outstanding service that I thought was a thing of the past.

 Top marks to Hawke.

 Steve.

Yes, Hawke is one of the few rare  companies that actually believe in customer service. They will stand by their products, and in this day and age that really is rare.   :sign0173:

Good to hear mate :sign0098:

Thinking about it, I have a turret cap here that I've "lost" the scope from.
Reckon they'll send me a scope to fit it? :sign0151: :25:
