Hi all  again. just got a bsa cadet off the same porson I got the airsporter mk2 some age related mark's  but not bad at all. The air rifle is going to be a birthday present for my lad.it will be his first own airgun any way if someone could find out how old it is
the id  is bc41237  ? Any  :sign0085: would good

The BC prefix indicates 1951-1962, sadly I have no more accurate information than that, I don't know if BSA may have an actual date that it left their factory, it might be worth phoning them to ask. They are reputedly very slow at replying to emails! I think BSA sold or passed on all the records pre-1965 to John Knibbs who will probably be able to give a more accurate date but they charge a fee for the service:
