BSA Gun Bags
« on: January 21, 2018, 11:02:02 AM »

Now call me 'old fashioned '  but when I see a lovely all singing all dancing gun bag with heavy duty zips , " lovely stuff" I thought!
My new BSA R10SE .22 FAC , Will go lovely in that ! Kitted with a "BSA Sling", Nikko Sterling Panamax etc.
I get the bag home inspect all the sewing and zips, looks good i thought !
Only one thing , the BSA R10 SE , is an inch too long , and the silencer /shroud arrangement on the se , are "fixed" at the factory to be an integral part of the gun .
So it wont go in !!!

Brilliant !!!!!!!! Only me.

Your not alone, I bought a gun slip for my Remington 700. It’s one where the end folds over and fastens with a buckle. Thought it would last longer than a zipped one. It will last longer as it’s two inches to short for the rifle. Two or three years on and it looks like new!

The zip handle on mine crumbled like chalk! ive now had to tie the bsa cloth pull tag around the main zipper body, as i think that stronger than the tag?? But it is there cheapest £15 bag though.

I love the old gun bags , got one but looking for a couple or three nice ones for Mercury and Airsporter.

The one I've got is faux fur lined with a mega heavy duty zip.

They don't make em like they once did ...
